In the food industry, it is generally mandatory to change from private street clothes into prescribed workwear. It must be ensured that private clothing and professional clothing remain strictly separated: this so-called clean-unclean principle serves to prevent the introduction of contamination from the outside into the production areas.  <\/p><p>For hygienic storage, the lockers are divided into separate compartments for gowns, overalls, or work trousers. In addition, they offer storage options for shoes and headwear. In sensitive production areas, non-contact sensor fittings effectively increase hygiene, as they avoid contamination through the fittings. There are individual solutions for every requirement area and every company size \u2013 from non-contact hand wash basins with paper dispenser units to wash troughs with multiple washing stations and automatic hand drying.  <\/p><p>The correct placement of the wash basins is also crucial so that employees automatically clean their hands after every break. Hand wash basins and soap dispensers should be operated without contact whenever possible. Hand dryers with integrated germ filters are particularly suitable for drying hands. Furthermore, a cleaning-friendly design of the wash basins and basic hygienic equipment are essential components of every staff room.   <\/p><p>From a hygienic perspective, materials such as stainless steel are recommended for wash basins, fittings, and cabinets. Thanks to its smooth surface, stainless steel is particularly easy to clean and disinfect, which effectively reduces the colonization of germs and bacteria.
