Become part of our PHT team at the Bad Tölz location as

Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

and work with our customers to advance hygiene standards in the food industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ongoing financial accounting including account reconciliation, payment runs, and dunning process
  • Preparation of sales invoices
  • Accounts payable including travel expenses and payment transactions
  • Accounts receivable including dunning runs and direct debit procedures
  • Intrastat reporting

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed professional training as a tax specialist (m/f/d) or commercial training with experience in financial accounting
  • Proficient use of modern ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics) and common MS Office products (especially Excel) as well as MS Teams

Accountant / Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

and work with our customers to advance hygiene standards in the food industry.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ongoing financial accounting with account reconciliation, payment runs, and dunning
  • VAT advance return, ZM and Intrastat report
  • Preparation and assistance in creating the monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB
  • Helping out with short-term cash flow planning
  • General administrative management

What you bring:

  • Successfully completed training as a tax assistant / accountant or commercial vocational training with experience in financial accounting / HR administration
  • Confident handling of modern ERP systems (ideally MS Dynamics) and the common MS Office products (especially Excel) as well as MS Teams
