Hygiene That Arrives in the Bakery: PHT at Südback 2026
From October 24 to 27, 2026, PHT will be at Südback in Stuttgart. In Hall 10, together with our partners ProfilGate and Hoonved, we will present solutions for personnel hygiene, dirt entry, and dishwashing technology in the bakery. We look forward to your visit.
PHT at Südback 2026
Hygiene is decided in daily operations—at the door to the bakery, at the washbasin, in the dishwashing area. At Südback 2026, together with our partners ProfilGate and Hoonved, we will show how individual measures become a concept that works in ongoing operations.
You will find us from October 24 to 27, 2026, at Messe Stuttgart in the Paul Horn Hall, Hall 10, Stand 10B26. Our team will be on site all four days of the fair.
Personnel Hygiene from PHT
At the center of our stand is the path of personnel into production. For this, we will present a hygiene entrance with turnstile and hand disinfection as well as a washbasin. You can walk through the entrance yourself at the stand and try out the washbasin directly. See for yourself on site, because in day-to-day business the details make the difference.
Stop Dirt Entry: ProfilGate
Our partner ProfilGate will bring a mechanical clean-walk zone. The principle behind it: the vibrations when walking and driving over it set the brushes in motion, which remove dirt from soles and wheels. This allows up to 80 percent of contamination to be stopped before it is carried into production areas. This makes it easier to achieve standards such as HACCP, IFS, or ISO 22000 and measurably reduces cleaning effort.
Dishwashing Technology from Hoonved
Hoonved will bring two machines from the professional sector: The HPW 80 BT is a utensil washer in double-wall construction, designed for trays, kettles, and large-format baking equipment. The compact CE 68 BT fits under the worktop and is ideal for pastry shops and bakeries. Both machines will be at the stand, and our team will be happy to answer your questions about performance, connection, and consumption.
