Description
Professional cleaning processes
The main station has been specially developed for use in professional cleaning processes and is frequency-controlled with the latest Grundfos Blueflux technology IE5 standard high-performance motor. The main station combines the pressure booster system and the injector block for up to 3 detergents and disinfectants in a compact system in a stainless steel housing and is also designed for the low-pressure water supply of FOAMICO satellite stations or taps. A bright colour display is integrated into the pump motor. Parameters such as outlet pressure, resulting setpoint, inlet pressure and fluid temperature can be read here.
The concept of this main station simplifies the handling of rinsing, foaming and disinfecting with pressurised water. An injector block for 3 cleaning agents is included, with which 2 foam and one spray product can be applied with just one outlet. The main station has differently coloured suction hoses for foam cleaning and disinfectant. Switching between the different functions is done manually using a solid rotary handle on the side of the housing.
System incl. nozzle set (consisting of 750 mm rinsing pipe with HI 25/30 nozzle, HI 25/30 VA rinsing nozzle, 40/30 VA disinfectant nozzle, 50/200 VA foam nozzle and stainless steel nozzle holder), limiting nozzles, flow monitor, temperature switch and pressure switch for function monitoring.
