Thanks to simultaneous hand and sole cleaning and disinfection, the hygiene station ensures a rapid process flow with a throughput capacity of up to 20 people per minute, depending on the version. The modular design of the Star Clean makes it easy to adapt to the conditions in the factory. The hygiene station has an open design to ensure quick and easy cleaning of all components. The prescribed sequence of the cleaning process ensures the best possible basic hygiene before entering hygiene-sensitive areas. The sole cleaning system can be installed on a platform or at ground level in a shaft. The dry version with dirt collection drawer is ideal for use in the bakery industry.
Hand cleaning Inlet Complete
The Inlet Complete hand cleaning system offers the complete cleaning process. The cleaning process consists of hand cleaning, soap removal, hand drying and hand disinfection. The individual cleaning steps are visualised by LED signal lights with icons and guide you through the process in a user-friendly way. Soap and sanitiser are contained in fully automatic dispensers. Hand drying is carried out with a powerful warm air blower and includes an integrated F8 air filter for effective germ reduction. After the cleaning process, the motorised turnstile releases access.
