Automatic cleaning for bottling plants
Automatic foam cleaning is indispensable in continuous filling operations. It ensures trouble-free operation and guarantees the highest standards of hygiene. PHT has developed a multi-stage foam cleaning system for the beverage industry that makes the cleaning process in bottling plants as efficient as possible. Efficiency refers to both the energy requirement and the operating process.
Multi-stage cleaning of beverage bottling plants
- Stage: The nozzle holders are flushed with water. Up to 450 l/min at 16 bar are possible.
- Stage: The jet nozzles are foamed. Three chemicals can be used in succession with one outlet.
- Stage: The cleaning agent takes effect.
- Stage: The jet nozzles are rinsed with water.
The major advantages of foam cleaning for beverage filling:
Firstly: the nozzle assemblies can be customised for your filling system. The control unit can control up to 16 different valves for your desired application.
Secondly: you can install the satellite individually for your bottling plant.
Thirdly: the innovative Next concept allows up to three chemicals to be applied in succession from one injector. This saves time and effort.
Reliable cleaning
The PHT automatic foam cleaning system automatically cleans fillers and systems in the beverage industry using customisable nozzles. The cleaning programme can be individually programmed and ensures maximum process reliability. Find out more in the video:
Simple operation, fully automatic control
The cleaning process is controlled fully automatically. It can be programmed via HMI, smartphone or tablet. The nozzle block cleaning programme can be started via an external signal or an injector block and can be controlled via WLAN. The display is structured in such a way that operation is particularly user-friendly. The current values can be read off the display in real time.
