We asked our customer Salewski Feinkost GmbH about their experience with PHT – from the initial consultation to the use of our products and the service provided after project completion.

The family business specialises in producing high-quality frozen foods without additives under the Elena® Salewski brand. For over 25 years, they have been producing traditional Eastern European dishes in Germany, many of which are still made by hand today.

The philosophy: top quality, quick preparation and the best taste, just like grandma used to make.

We have already supplied various solutions – from personal hygiene products such as washbasins and hygiene stations to foam cleaning systems – and are proud that our equipment contributes to the high product quality and hygienic production at Salewski Feinkost.

How did you find working with our field service or sales team – e.g. in terms of planning, consulting or communication?

“The sales team was always available during the planning and installation phases, listened attentively to our questions and came up with practical suggestions instead of standard off-the-shelf solutions. Communication was and remains very friendly, clear and straightforward.”

4. Service


Do you still feel well looked after by PHT after the project has been completed, and how satisfied are you with our after-sales service?

“Even after commissioning, we feel well looked after: maintenance appointments are coordinated in good time, spare parts are delivered quickly and minor issues are resolved promptly. This ensures that our production runs reliably.”
