Description
Weighing and halving sausage products
The inclined slicer halves sausage by weight and can be used as a stand-alone machine with the option of networking and integration into a production line. The centre of gravity is precisely determined using weighing cells. The sausage portioner protects the product with a clean cut and low force. The double-edged blade ensures high performance thanks to the alternating cut. The knife blade is only 1 mm thick and 7 mm or 14 mm wide. The blade speed and product hold-down device of the sausage portioner are pneumatically adjustable. The inclined slicer can be used as a stand-alone machine with the option of networking and integration into a production line and can also be fed manually using the separating hopper. Feed and discharge belts and a heated control cabinet are integrated.
